Substandard work from a tradesmen on your site

I posted a job recently and the lead was picked up by a tradesmen who did poor work, was paid over the odds and has refused to return to complete works, I'm hoping I can report him as he shouldn't be active on your site, I've still not received an invoice despite payment and he has since refused to return calls
