I am buying a property with neglected outdoor pool. It is full and has a torn cover on it and I believe it is concrete. Ultimately I want to drain and fill in the pool and do as much of the prep work as possible, ourselves. So I need to know what questions I should be asking the current Owner in order to be prepared for draining it when we move in.
