I HAVE BEEN USING THIS USELESS SO CALLED SERVICE FOR 12 MONTHS, YOU HAVE NOW LITERALLY MESSED MY BOOKS UP. I WANT TO CANCEL MY ACCOUNT AND I WANT IT DONE NOW. I HAVE BEEN TOLD IN THE PAST I CAN NOT END THIS CONTRACT, EITHER END IT OR IM GOING TO TRADING STANDARDS, RATED PEOPLE ARE CON-ARTISTS AND SHOULD NOT BE TRUSTED WITH ANYTHING AT ALL.

sadly rated people are against us tradesmen and take as much money as possible. phone them and find out when contract ends if no success take legal action
