When removing the window you will need to isolate the zone on the alarm system or your alarm will show a tamper fault. your alarm company will be able to do this for you or depending on how your system was set up at install you could do this your self but either way consult with your alarm company before starting work they will be able to help you over the phone and advise on reinstating
