I have an electromagnetic Yale lock and a Chubb lock on the entrance door, and we currently use both to secure the door when we are in, but we have been told that for safety reasons we should only use the electromagnetic Yale one, yet I don't feel it is secure enough.
I'm looking for a way to make the door more secure and ideally, some alternatives to changing the door to a metal door. After reading the police website, I understand if we had 2 electromagnetic locks it would be much more secure; we only have 1 electromagnetic lock on the top.
Is this the case? Are there any other options? What would be the cost?
