Setting up wifi and 3 small wifi cam and door bell wifi cam

Hi, I am struggling how to set up my wifi and 3 small wifi cam, plus a door bell wifi cam. I have a nasty neighbour which i have issues with them and I did reported them to the police. At the moment all what I did myself setting my cams and wifi; they neighbour can detecting them. I have order new router from sky to set all safely secured and to have piece of mind.
