I need a room plastering then tiling, also some joinering work.

I have a small utility room were I keep a washing machine and a tumble drier, the walls have emulsion one and are brick. What I would like doing is for the walls to be plastered then tiled, and for a worktop to be fitted along the back wall which is 18cm long.
