Hi Isla, Once you've posted a job and a tradesman quotes, you will be sent an email with a link to their profile page. Each profile will display any ratings or customer recommendations. If this hasn't happened for you, you can log in to your account online, select My jobs’ from the main navigation bar and then click your job from the list.
