My bathroom needs re-tiling. The toilet and basin were put on top of the tiles so I need these removed and put back after tiling so it's a bit of a plumbing job too.Can one tradesperson do this if possible?
Also, I have a lighted mirror and extractor fan that needs installing, again would one person be able to do this or would I need a separate electrican ?
