Hi Shireen If your tiler was a competent tradesman, this should have been done as the finishing part of the services carried out, unless you requested it not to be done. The join should be sealed with a good quality mastic, Mapei, for example, once the tiles have been cleaned of grout haze and the grout fully cured.
Hi Shireen If the tiler is good at what he does he will silicone the joint without you having to ask him/her to do it. Grout should not be used for the edges as it is likely to crack over time. Sam (eps)
The tiler should seal this joint with silicone, once the grouting has been completed
Hi if walls and floor have been tiled properly the area between wall and floor tiles will be sealed with grout by the tiler.Hope this helps, Alistair A & M Bathrooms
this should be done when tiled( when grouted ) if not then it can be done with silicone
It should be sealed with silicone as this will not crack when the house exspands and contracts
