Hi D Your first course of action would be to contact your tiler and get him to return and finish off the job properly. Is this interior or exterior tiling? Have the tiles been laid with cement or adhesive? If this has been done fairly recently, then you may find that hot, soapy water and a sponge, along with a decorating filling blade may resolve your problem. A hand and knees job, i'm afraid. Use a gardening knee pad. Attempt to get the worse off with the blade, then finish using a grout removal pad, similar to a scotch pad! Ask for this product in your local tile suppliers or diy store

Hi D Please do not use metal wire brush as you will damage tile( scratch) You can but tile cleaner or heavy duty tile polish cleaner which will remove all excessive grout or tile adhesive. If you are not confident of doing this yourself please post a job on Rated People then someone will contact you to obtain a quote. Best regards Rafal
