Try a tile suction lifter to gently pull them of pads
If these are proper mirror pads, you may find breaking them is the only answer, they do there job well. A sharp flexible blade knife, hair dryer, good thick gloves, eye protection. gently warm the tiles, not too hot. placed your gloved hand over the tile and cover as much as you can. slide the knife under and gently prise. always works for me!
If they are only stuck on with adhesive pads they should come off quite easily. Try a wall paper scraper to start with. It the first tile that is going to be the worst to get off. If the scraper isn't strong enough then they may need to chiseled off. Make sure you where gloves and more importantly safety glasses.
