No. Floor tiles are rigid and will crack when pressure is put on them across the dob/dab adhesive. As a example, if you lay a 600mm tile across a piece of 19mm wood baton and stand with one foot at each end, the tile will break. Floor tiles must be laid on a solid bed of adhesive. This is typically spread across a floor using a 10mm comb tiling trowel. The tile is laid, pressed into place with a slight twist to ensure the adhesive spreads out into a solid bed of tile adhesive under the tile. Your floor will need to be taken up and relaid properly.
Hi Paul the floor should have been leveled and the tiles fixed flat to the floor or they will crack and become loose regards steve
