Hi Anthony If you can not change your tiles try to start laid them not from edges but from middle of floor so you will become with a same lenght to cut at both ends of room Hope this will help Regards Rafal

Thanks Rafal. Unfortunately the size of the tile cannot change (The ones we intend to buy are patterned and have borders) and I need to find a solution. Can you please tell me options?
