There could be a number of reasons why your tiles are falling of while regrouting, 1, they may not have been fixed to the substrate correctly, so check rest of tiles for loose ones, and then refix tiles back in place, 2, the wrong type of adhesive could have been used or water could be getting in behind the tiles, which would need to removed, substrate replaced if necessary and then retiled Phil
