you will need to use a flexible adhesive and flexible grout you might want to consider laying a tile backing board as well
Tiling onto floating floor

I am looking at renovating my bathroom and tiling the whole room. The floor is currently a floating floor comprised of fake wood over tongue and groove chipboard on top of expanded polystyrene. What do I need to think about in order to tile this and not have the tiles crack/grout crumble due to the flex of the floor?
