Dear Sarah It could be a burst pipe, loose connection or parished washer etc. I would suggest to calk your bathroom installer back to rectify problem then fix it. Regards Rafal

New shower leaking from behind tiles and grout ,any suggestions please

It's either a burst pipe in the wall,or it maybe the the actual shower has not been fitted properly,ie, a loose fitting
