What options are there for improving shabby kitchen tiles? As the floor has smears, chips and damaged grouting we are keen to improve but without the expense of removing all of the tiles. are there techniques or a thorough clean plus replacement of grouting or can we lay new tiles or other surface on top of existing tiles?
