Grout and seal

Need shower tray to tiles regrouted and sealed. Which trade do I need?

If you mean which part of the job to do first then definitely the grouting as the grout would otherwise stick to the sealant

Any decent bathroom fitter or plumber should be able to do both. It shouldn't be necessary to get 2 tradesman.
