Hi I purchased a job lead yesterday but she has changed her mind and doesn't want it quoting I have reported it but won't let me request a claim because I have no cover pic how do I sort that please thank you

I has the same problem! You need to go onto your web profile and add a picture it should then confirm its been done. Not sure if you'll be able to apply again for the same credit bit at least your set for next time.
