Is it he best to grout next day after tiling?

I am tiling the kitchen about 30 cm above the worktop 3 rows of 10 cm tiles only. Is grouting the same day is a good idea? I don't even mind grouting myself the next day.

Next day is best , unless you have used fast set tile adhesive

Best to leave it until the tile adhesive is fully cured, at least 24 hours.
