Vinyl tile removal

I would like to expose the natural quarry tiles buried under 2 layers of vinyl tiles and have the floor cleaned and sealed, I want to remove the tile myself to cut down on the cost, what is the best tool for the job

A floor scrapper or a sharpened garden hoe if they are very hard to remove then use a wallpaper steamer to heat the tile and soften the glue If the floor tiles are old they may contain asbestos so may need to be checked
