How to remove large quartz tiles

I have 18x18 1/2" tick quartz tiles on a shower wall and floor. Can't figure out how to remove them. Tried chiseling behind them, but still can't get them up. And they don't crack, so can't just try to chip them off piece by piece. Help appreciated!

Try a small kango breaker with a tile removal bit in that should do the job you can hire these items
