Re-grouting tiled bathroom floor

Posted by S , on
The grout on my tiled bathroom floor is damaged following a flood but the tiles have not lifted. Can I get the grout removed and redone without damaging the tiles? Would I contact a regular tiler or other specialist for this job? Thanks

Hi S, Yes you need a tiler Yes it is possible to be grouted again Just do not expect to be cheap like a chips. Sometimes is easier and cheaper to replace the tiles Regards Deyan Hristov

Hi S, Thanks for your question! I'd recommend you post your job using the 'Tiler' trade type and under 'Floor tiling' for the skill. This way the best person with the skills to do it will be able to see your job. Hope this helps! Thanks, Alex Ask an Expert team
