I am having windows installed and there are no spacers around the fram

I am having windows installed and there are no spacers around the frame and no expanding foam is this right ?they are screwed onto the wall one side and ofset?

Hi Windows frames should be screwed from both side for tightness and if 5 or 10 mm gap on both side should be expanding foam give u right and tight fitting. Thanks
