I'd like to replace our conservatory with a properly insulated building, how do I find out if the foundations are deep enough?

Hi Jo, You'll need an architect to supply you with drawings for building warrant and possibly planning permission. They should be able to suggest someone local who can check the existing foundations for you. Cheers, Craig

Hi As per reg the foundation should be 750mm to 900mm. Deep. Tell your builder dig that much and make bouble wall with insulation. Thanks
