I had my house measured & fitted with 8 venetians and 1 Bay window which is in 3 parts, one side will not sit flush and the fitter for the company said that it is the way of the window and not the measurement that is at fault and said that he would come back to make a pelmet to cover uneven top as it is unsightly. It has taken me 2 years to get him to answer my call but he has agreed today to make the pelmet at an extra cost? One is this within his rights or should he have told me that there could be a problem when he was measuring and can he demand more money for pelmet now as he said he told me when fitting that it would cost more. I know that I would not have agreed to this. What can I do
