I commissioned a window refurbisher to restore my large Victorian sash window, and while he has put some furniture on, replaced the cords and weights and replace a pain of glass, he has not sanded down and painted it. Apparently he doesn't paint, which he didn't tell me before. Now I need to get someone to extract the window again, fill, sand and paint the window. What category should I list this job under?
