Hi.In almost all cases it is possible to replace the rubber seals or gaskets on windows. As the window no longer shuts tight,this problem could also be caused by a faulty hinge,so it would be worth getting it checked out by repair specialist,most would be happy to give free advice and cost of getting it fixed.
