Double glazing fitters

Posted by May Whitty, on
We want to replace the windows to the front of the house. We will probably have UPVC double glazing to keep the house warm. How do we choose the right company/builder/fitters. I know want planitherm glass with coating, Saracen locks or better - but that's about all I know. From reading about DG it seems that most common problems are that the windows haven't been fitted properly. I've asked the various companies I've seen if they use contract fitters or people on their staff, and they all say staff, but how can I be sure. Most of them try to get you to sign straight away and the ones that don't seem far too expensive. How should I go about choosing the best people?

Hi May my name is john from jr windows and doors. Respond to your question is I own a small company so you only deal with myself the owner.i employ the joiners who have the same experience as myself.i have worked with most large company and know they will tell customers almost anything to get the sale. The smaller companies take more time as they value their customers.all windows can be supplied to the customers needs and requirements without any hard sale hope this is of help thanks john
