This type of problem is caused by the window hinges not aligning when the window is closed. They normally whistle when the wind is blowing. This should be covered by the manufacturer/installer Regards Paul Nunn
Upvc Window Frame Seal .

I have Zenith UPVC windows. One of which is not sealing properly between opening window and frame.
I'm not sure if something is preventing the window shutting properly,or if the seals need replacing.
