Conservatory leaking issue

The rain water was seeping from the brick wall (not dripping directly from the conservatory roof but must be from somewhere of the gap between conservatory and house brick wall as far I can see) along with the inside border of conservatory, especially during the heavy wind/gust weather and heavy rain, it starts from last December. Hope that can give you some ideas of the job needs to be done, thanks!
