Company got paid and NOT done the work

I guess everyone would say "Your own fault" but the company in question "UnitGlaze" of Leigh, built a trust with me, i gave them bigger jobs and the last 2 jobs, in paid in full (for a UPVC back door and work on another house) thinking we have a long-term relationship now; as soon as they got paid in full (Nov-13), they started making excuses about being busy, made many appointments and didn't turn up; now owe around £650 of work to be completed and they refuse to finish it or refund me. Any suggestions? (I think think of SmallClaims court only); I have given them till 7Mar14 to complete or i get another supplier but how do i get my money back?
