Leaking skylight replacement

Got cheap replacement skylight need fensa registered person to install only suitable for non habitable loft space. replacement is a fenstro and is about 10 inch less in width and about 8inch less in height, does this job come under widow & conservatory or roofing?

Hi Kenneth, as there are roof alterations to make post the job under roofing but state the alterations are for a new size skylight which will need fitting as well. Hope that helps Nick
