Is it enough for a double glazing company to be FENSA registered only?

hi Kojak, the simple answer is yes; but FENSA is not the only regulatory self assessment scheme out on the market as there are many, like Certass, BSI, Plastic Federation to name just a few they do the same job as FENSA. Be it that FENSA were the first. don't be fooled or mislead by sales patter from sales people that they are the only ones around or they are the best or they are the only ones recognized etc. etc etc. I've heard it all and have found many customers being duped into making the wrong decision by sales people not being honest with them when they are up against opposition who are not with Fensa but some one else. The thing to be bare into mind is that all of the above and others not mentioned work on a laid out frame work which is the same within the double glazing industry. have said all, Fensa or any others does not guarantee you by any means the quality of the materials used and the fitting off. read there and others profiles to make things more clear.
