The conservatory was possibly built in the 90's. There is damp on the walls that meet the garden, and possibly on the floor. ( we layed solid wood floor on top of tiles when we moved in.) the real wood windows are leaking & rotten. Do we knock it down & start again, or can the walls & floor be saved & just replace the windows. Thanks.
