Company have been paid but won't return to finish job

Window specialists: i got most windows and all doors changed. I was having plastering done so company suggested leaving finishing off until it was completed and said they would return. Despite numerous calls and emails over last month they didn't turn up on date they said they would and ignore emails. Can i get others to complete work and reclaim on my credit card?

Send a registered letter to them so they need to syn for it saying you will take legal action if they don't contact you to finish works or give you money bAck to pay to finish
