How can do this?

Posted by Matt Storey, on
I have a patio door that was converted from a window by the previous owner. They didn't do a very good job and as such I want to revert the opening back to its original state. What I need is someone to take out the Patio Doors brick up the opening and put in a uPVC window. Who would be best placed to do this? A bricklayer won't be able to install the window and a window installer wouldn't be able to brick up the opening (would they)! I would rather have one person do it all in one go rather than having to juggle to tradesmen as I do not want to leave a gaping hole in the wall while I get them organised! Any suggestions..

Hi Matt most window companies would have the services of a bricklayer for building conservatory bases etc. so it would be no problem to get your doors converted back to a window using the services of one company. Ed
