We live in a block of flats and the windows are drafty and some of the windows do not seem to seal/ shut properly so we get a chill through the flat and we can hear noise from outside the flat.
We also have a decorative large window that is very high up it seems evidence of pooling water on the ledge. Will the windows need to be replaced or can they be fixed?
