Replacing Glass Only

Is it possible to have just replacement triple glazed panes put into existing upvc window frames? I don't want to replace the frames, just upgrade the glass in them. Thank you.

Depends do you mean replace double with triple or old triple with new triple. Triple won't fit into a double glazed PhD frame as the rebate isn't deep enough hope this helps
