Hi Colin is it the cylinder or the complete lock you are looking to replace? The cylinder is held in place by a screw through the edge of the door- remove the screw and then with the key in the cylinder align the cam ( the bit that turns in the cylinder) so that it will pull out. The whole lock is held in place with a number of screws down the full length of the lock, the handles will also need to be removed. Ed
