I have tried to get a joiner to come and fix a casement window. One of the corners of the soft wood window has rotted away. No one seems to want to pick up the job? Am I contacting the wrong people? Do I need to replace the entire window?
Why does firms shy away from giving q uotes on window replacements when the apartment is located on the third floor?
A lot of questions but I am getting frustra ted that nobody want to come and help to fix my current problem!
