Guardian Roof Guarantee

I've had a Guardian Roof on Conservatory fitted last October, I've had no paperwork or guarantee through the post from Guardian or the trader I used keeps saying he's chased it up? I also don't have anything at all to even say he fitted it as we paid cash he hasn't provided a receipt or anything. I keep getting fobbed off when I contact him. What should I do?

Hi Sarah your in a tricky spot really as you have no paper trail or a receipt, do you have any quote or estimate on paper this is all crucial if you have to go down a legal route. You are best talking to a legal bod really most will offer 30 minutes for free
