In not to distant future I m looking to replace conservatory. At present it's built on a stone wall which backs onto garden. In heavy rain the water runs under wall into conservatory. I want the wall demolishing and built up on brick but as it backs onto garden,the garden behind the wall would have to be "tanked " as it's a lot higher than ground level. Would I need a builder or a conservatory company
