Hi Raissa, How we work is that once a tradesperson purchases your job lead, we send you a link to their profile page via email. The profile page is where you'll find their previous ratings and reviews from Rated People customers like yourselves. If you can't find this email, you can also log into your free homeowner account from our homepage and head to ‘My jobs’ from the main navigation. If you then click the job from the list, you'll be shown a list of tradespeople interested in your job and the links to their profile pages. I hope this helps.
