Pvc slidding patio doors

I bought pvc patio sliding doors which i though was already assembly but when they arrived the frame was flat packed i have managed to fit the frame but cant seam to get the fixed door over the spacer blocks and the instruction are rubbish can you give me any advice how to get the door over the blocks
