I have an old simple wood & glass porch that I would like replaced, therefore the groundwork has already been done.
I would like to know if there's a big price difference between the two types of porches? I'm assuming a different tradesman is needed for each type?
I already have a quote (after the usual salesman talk that included "Let me just phone my boss to get a better deal for you"!) from a major UK uPVC installer for £2900 but how cheap or expensive is that considering the groundwork has been done?
If there's not a big difference then I may go for the brick instead.
