Uncontactable leads

Over the last few weeks I have purchased a number of leads from yourselves which have been completely uncontactable. I am aware a small number will occasionally be tricky to reach but I have called multiple times at different times of day, emailed and text these numbers. I have also noticed you seem to have removed the option to request a lead refund. I would like to continue using your service and probably increase the number of leads I buy, however I shall only do so if we can resolve this problem. Rowland Tyler Knott Reading Mullen

I'd recommend that you get in touch with our customer care team to discuss this - the type of leads you're buying, whether you've changed settings etc...
