I ordered three windows including a bay last January 2016.I had fitting days cancelled again and again.In November 2016 I was told the bay had to be paid for when placing the order.The amount for the full job was £3600 and rather than keep going to the bank I paid this amount .I am still getting fobbed off with fitting dates and up to now am no neare in site of my windows.I am now having problems with guttering which was included in the price .Can I request my money back and get someone urgently and if so what do I do
