Do you service Velux windows.?

I have a velux skylight and the pull down bar is hanging on by one hinge, could you repair? Also my son has 4 velux windows in his bedroom, they are stiff to open and 2 of the blinds do not pull correctly, can you fix? We live in Sidcup, Kent.
